The quotes section rendered every ongoing shop session as a vertical column of cards, so a member with several ongoing sessions pushed the rest of the home screen far down the scroll. Render them the way the claim status cards and the home notice cards already do: a single session stays a plain card, two or more become a HorizontalPager with a page indicator. The card body moves into a private QuoteCard so the pager page and the single-card branch share one definition.
