…BRARY_DIR. Simplify library volume setting (hardcode to container's /libraries path, so you only have to specify host path). Update docs.

…/seafile-state for persisting). User "seafile"'s home is in the normal location now, and not doubling as the settings location.
…iner after 1 loop because it was assuming something went wrong and ccnet died. Only need to check for seaf-daemon now.

The persistent state (optional) is useful for preventing any sync conflicts if libraries are modified while the client is down.
