Prepare GoodWallet for Superfluid Campaign widget integration #58

Summary

Add @goodwidget/superfluid-campaign-widget to GoodWallet so authenticated users can open the Superfluid Ecosystem Rewards campaign from the home dashboard / More drawer. Host it through the GoodWidget integration boundary introduced in #54: typed registry, authenticated bottom-sheet route, web-component host, and restricted EIP-1193 provider.

The Superfluid widget should remain widget-owned for campaign content, reward pools, leaderboard data, action cards, claim flow, FAQ, loading states, success states, and errors. GoodWallet supplies the host surface: package availability, registry entry, route/dashboard wiring, provider policy, and tests.

The integration covers the gw-superfluid-campaign Custom Element, Celo GoodDollar activity, Base SUP claiming, and the widget's shared GoodWidget/Citizen Claim runtime dependencies. It does not include AI Credits or any other widget.
