#105 follow-up: the instrumented sources compile again; CI compiles them

Found by the pre-cut connected gate (R2) for 1.8.0: master at 29d5876 did not compile its instrumented sources. SeasonSyncScreensTest still constructed LinkSeasonSyncViewModel with the pre-#105 argument list, so no connected test could run. CI's build line never compiled those sources, which is how #107 merged green.

• SeasonSyncScreensTest: a scripted entity list (three fictional input_boolean.example_* helpers; failure and never-completing reads where a case needs them); the shipped cases drive the picker instead of typing; four cases added (a pick fills the row and Save links the exact id; Enter manually after a pick prefills the field; refresh draws a failure over the rows and search narrows them; Back while the list is reading cancels it and a reopen lists). 13 → 17 cases; 17/17 on emulator-5554, zero skips. No network, no Keystore.
• ci.yml: :app:compileDebugAndroidTestKotlin added to the build line (compile only; CI still runs no connected test).
• No main-source change.

Not done: the four new cases were not mutation-checked against main.
