Feature: Create extension mechanism to by default installation only install vanilla geonode compliant code

Feature Description

geonodectl supports more geonode/api endpoints than vanilla geonode is offering. Nevertheless we as ZALF are in need to have the additional features to be part of the geonodectl tool.

the idea would be to install extensions like zalf by using pyproject extension modules
