Feature: Prepare helm chart for custom ca

Feature Description

Currently the helm chart is not prepare to configure custom ca for internal services. Also It would be great to include the posibility to include securitycontext at pod and container level

Proposed Solution

I have prepared changes in the chart to add a custom ca and configure it in geonode and geoserver installations. Also allow to include securitycontext and enable rootless runtime.

@pacuhe2 @mwallschlaeger I am currently working on a "hardened" version of the helm chart, which includes security measures such as rootless. I don't think there is a pull request open for that yet?
Perhaps we can split the two issues, one for supporting custom CA, and one for hardening?
