Motivation: Thanks to the outstanding work of @Gentleman-Programming, we now
have a brilliant, production-ready ecosystem: gentle-ai, Engram, SDD, Skills, GGA.
The problem is knowing when to activate each one.

This skill fills that gap — 5 decision trees, one per tool, answering a single
question each: should I use this right now?

What it covers:

  • SDD: when to activate and which phases to actually run
  • Engram: when and what to save, session lifecycle, topic key discipline
  • Orchestrator: when to delegate vs answer inline
  • Skills: which skill to load and when
  • GGA: when to activate and which mode to use

For who: Any dev with gentle-ai installed who wants to move confidently
through the ecosystem without having to memorize the decision rules.
