Adds or enriches
plugin.jsonusing the Geeklog plugin metadata convention.Where available, the plugin name is read from the English language file, the icon is resolved from
plugin_geticon_*(), the Geeklog minimum version is read frompi_gl_version, and the PHP minimum version is read from an explicit runtime compatibility check.Requirements are only added when they can be detected with sufficient confidence. No executable plugin code is changed.
