All core functions are now agnostic to script/test context. - both tests and scripts should use `_omniPrank` functions - Tests should use `_setUp` instead of `_attachCore` without additional changes - Testnet scripts should override `_setUp` and initialize core roles - Mainnet scripts should just use `_attachCore`
