Add P1 repair-layer feature modules

Summary

• Add validator bridge adapters for Great Expectations, dbt failure tables, and Pandera schema errors, plus dependency-free GX/dbt test emitters.
• Add schema drift harmonization with versioned contracts, rename/type mapping, row quarantine, and migration diffs.
• Add duplicate/replay defense with deterministic idempotency keys, batch manifests, exact duplicate detection, fuzzy entity review routing, and replay detection.
• Add human review queue primitives with CSV, JSON, and Parquet exports.
• Document the new top-level API surface and add focused P1 tests.
