docs: changelog entry for the pandas < 2 nullable-int streaming fixes

Summary

Adds the missing CHANGELOG.md entry under Unreleased → Fixed for:

• fix: nullable integer streaming stats on pandas < 2 #192: fd.clean_timeseries / StreamingCleaner crashed with cannot convert to 'float64'-dtype NumPy array with missing values on nullable integer columns (Int*/UInt*) with gaps under pandas < 2. The crash was in the running statistics and short-gap interpolation. Users on pandas 1.5 would hit it.
• chore: finish the CI cleanup round #195: the same NA-safe conversion in MissForest's convergence check. This one is defensive.

Docs only; no code changes.
