Summary

• bump all oxc_* workspace deps in packages/solid-jsx-oxc to 0.113.0
• add DOM transform support for class:* and style:* namespace attributes to match dom-expressions behavior
• update template_element calls for OXC 0.113 API in DOM + SSR transforms
• add regression tests for class:my-class and style:padding-top transforms
• fix jsx_no_undef binding lookups for new oxc_semantic Ident API
• align in-repo package versions with next channel:
  • packages/dom-expressions -> 0.41.0-next.0
  • packages/babel-plugin-jsx-dom-expressions -> 0.41.0-next.0
  • packages/dom-expressions devDependency on babel-plugin-jsx-dom-expressions -> ^0.41.0-next.0

• cargo test --workspace --all-targets (from packages/solid-jsx-oxc)
