Description

The production origin is hardcoded in at least five places, so preview/staging deploys generate wrong canonical, OG and share URLs.

Location

app/layout.tsx (lines ~18, ~46), app/sitemap.ts, app/app/stream/[id]/metadata.ts (~23, ~48), app/app/stream/[id]/page.tsx (~798).

Task

Add a single SITE_URL constant (for example in lib/site.ts) that reads NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL and falls back to https://flowstar.app. Use it everywhere and document the variable in .env.local.example.

Acceptance criteria

  • grep -r "flowstar.app" app lib only hits the new constant
  • npm run lint, npm run typecheck and npm test pass

Good for contributors because

Mechanical find-and-replace that touches several parts of the app.
