Use latest Cursor model for PR review automation - #262

The Flatbread PR Review automation was pinning Task children to cursor-grok-4.5-high via stale memory even when the parent was already on Grok 4.6. Declare the routing in-repo: /read-branch plus an always-on rule so architecture, proof-journal, and correctness inherit the latest Cursor Grok instead of a pinned 4.5 slug.
