docs(en): 新增每日個股主力集中度 TaiwanStockBrokerDailyConcentration 英文文件

背景

每日個股主力集中度 TaiwanStockBrokerDailyConcentration 中文文件已上線，但英文版文件與 llms.txt、llms-full.txt 都沒有這個資料集。

修改內容

• Chip.en.md：新增完整區段（說明、Package／Python／R 範例、DataFrame、Schema），等級標示 sponsor（與 docs: TaiwanStockBrokerDailyConcentration 會員等級改為只限 sponsor #230 一致）；籌碼面清單新增條目，26 → 27
• DataList.en.md：清單新增條目，92 → 93
• WhatIsNew.en.md：2026-10-04 新增條目，對應中文版
• llms.txt：Chip 資料集清單加入
• llms-full.txt：新增資料集區段（Tier: Sponsor）

範例 DataFrame 使用 API 實際輸出（2330，2024-01-02 ~ 2024-01-04）。
