docs(mcp): Claude Desktop 一鍵安裝擴充套件 - #225

修改檔案：
- docs/tutor/ai/Mcp.md：
- 安裝段新增 Claude Desktop 一鍵安裝（下載 finmind.mcpb 點兩下、貼 Token，
免裝 Python、免改設定檔），uv 改列為其他工具的前置步驟
- 「其他工具」清單移除 Claude Desktop（改註明可手動設定）
- Windows tip 註明 Claude Desktop 不需要這些步驟；找不到指令時先建議
完全結束重開，仍不行再查完整路徑
- docs/tutor/ai/Mcp.en.md：同上英文版

finmind.mcpb點兩下、貼 Token，不用裝 Python、不用改設定檔。uv 改列為其他工具的前置步驟，「其他工具」清單改成 Cursor / Windsurf / Gemini CLI（Claude Desktop 註明也可以手動設定）。FinMind-MCP 0.0.11 已發佈，GitHub Release 已附上
finmind.mcpb，下載連結https://github.com/FinMind/FinMind-MCP/releases/latest/download/finmind.mcpb回 200，可以 merge。
