What I Do

I work at the intersection of AI engineering, software architecture, and business operations.

Through TriHerm, I design and implement systems for:

  • lead capture, qualification, and follow-up;
  • operational workflows and internal tools;
  • company knowledge and AI-assisted retrieval;
  • agentic workflows with permissions, approval gates, and human oversight;
  • bilingual products for English- and Spanish-speaking teams.

My goal is not to add AI as another layer of complexity. It is to build systems that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and can operate reliably in production.
