We take the security of our people-centered telecommunications infrastructure seriously. If you discover a security vulnerability within Cynan, we appreciate your help in disclosing it to us in a responsible manner.
- Do not open a public issue.
- Email your findings to security@fastcomcorp.com.
- Include a detailed description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce, and any potential impact.
- We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 business hours.
- We will provide a preliminary evaluation of the issue.
- We will keep you informed of our progress as we work on a remediation.
- Once fixed, we will coordinate a public disclosure with you.
We encourage researchers to follow industry-standard responsible disclosure practices. We do not currently offer a bug bounty program, but we provide public recognition for researchers who help us secure our infrastructure (with their permission).
