spawn_workers(queue, command, count, isolation, cwd) opens a pane running the native `hyperpanes worker` runner bound to a queue: sh -c <command> per task, `count` competing workers, isolation:"worktree" -> --worktree. Replaces the manual write-sh + open_pane + wire-up. Binary resolves from HYPERPANES_WORKER_BIN (default `hyperpanes`). Registration test added; tsc clean.
