[Due for payment 2026-10-21] Upgrade react-native-worklets before RN 0.88 bump #101440

Part of #101427 — must land before the main React Native 0.88 / Expo SDK 58 bump PR.
Background
Expo SDK 58 bundles react-native-worklets 0.12.2. main is on 0.11.1. Worklets declares react-native: 0.83 - 0.87, so 0.12.2 installs cleanly on the current RN 0.86 / Expo SDK 57 stack — no RN bump required.
Worklets goes first: react-native-reanimated@4.6.0 declares a peer dependency of react-native-worklets: 0.12.x, so reanimated cannot move until this lands.
Scope
- Bump
react-native-worklets0.11.1→0.12.2in App (and Mobile-Expensify if required for HybridApp parity) - Update the
overridespin inpackage.json:overrides["expo-modules-core"]["react-native-worklets"]is currently"0.11.1".expo-modules-core@57.0.8declares a worklets peer range of^0.7.4 || ^0.8.0 || ^0.9.0 || ^0.10.0, so this override is what keeps the install green — it must be moved to0.12.2in the same PR - Verify JS/native Worklets version alignment (common source of runtime crashes after upgrades)

Acceptance criteria
- App builds on iOS, Android, and web
- HybridApp builds if Mobile-Expensify changes are needed
- No Worklets version mismatch errors at runtime
- Live markdown / worklet-dependent features still work
- No new JS console errors
