Adds opt-in diagnostic streams to
Write-Colorso automation can capture complete messages without mixing log text into returned objects.-OutputStream Hostpreserves existing colored output and remains the default.VerboseandInformationemit one joined record per call and respect PowerShell preferences. File logging remains independent. This owns the shared behavior needed by O365Synchronizer issue #52. O365Synchronizer #53 is the only consumer being migrated. Publish PSWriteColor 1.0.5 before releasing its dependent change; an Azure Automation job must also enable verbose logging.
Validation: all 41 tests pass on Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7 against both source and the unsigned built artifact. Independent local review and targeted compatibility confirmation found no blocking defects. Live Azure job capture remains unverified. This PR does not publish the package.
