Summary
Forward a failed PSWriteColor build as a nonzero process exit. PowerForge already reports the underlying build error; the wrapper now makes that failure visible to scripts and CI that inspect the exit status.
This does not change the module, signing, install, or publish configuration. The next build still resolves the planned 1.0.4 module version.
