Updates HtmlTinkerX to 3.0.2 and DBAClientX.SQLite to 1.0.10. Regenerated lockfiles retain both web target frameworks and propagate the resolved dependency family to consuming projects.
HtmlAgilityPack 1.13.0 annotates missing nodes as nullable; the scoped media renderer now handles those annotations explicitly, and its existing tests assert required nodes before reading them. The 17 media-renderer contracts, net8/net10 web builds, and locked solution restore pass.
