Imported guides can use routes from their original hosting site that return 404 on a consuming site.

.mdand.markdownexamples, and safely handles encoded prefixes. No dependency is added.EvotecIT/Website consumes this capability to refresh its PSWriteOffice guides; its engine pin follows this PR's merged revision.
Validation: 27 focused and existing documentation-sync tests pass; native ingestion refreshes all 49 PSWriteOffice guides, and a themed site build verifies the corrected routes. Independent local review and targeted confirmation completed.
