This issue is specific for extra changes on the HTTP / HTTPS version of the ftp.etica.ai domain.

We are using a customized version of the h5ai (https://larsjung.de/h5ai/, https://github.com/lrsjng/h5ai) that is aimed to be very, very optimized for low data usage and for use on mobile phones.

In fact, our target audience here are (potential) software developers who also code on smartphones with Android as main hardware + operational system.
