Summary

• Fix shutdown ordering so active runs drain before persistence closes, with a bounded deadline and timer cleanup.
• Add scenarios for trustline reduction rejection, partial redemption followed by transfer, and a one-stroop issued-asset transfer.
• Document the scenario expectations and asset precision.

Testing

• Passed focused graceful-shutdown lifecycle tests.
• Passed deterministic trustline-reduction gateway test; bundled scenarios load and validate.
• git diff --check passed.
• The full backend suite and TypeScript check report existing unrelated errors in app.ts and other tests.
