This pull request adds comprehensive documentation to AGENTS.md covering frontend visual style guidelines, agent skills, data model conventions, and communication norms for contributors. The new content clarifies design decisions, establishes best practices, and sets expectations for how to approach changes and collaboration.

The most important changes are:

Frontend visual style guidelines:

• Introduces detailed instructions for maintaining the dark, retrofuturist/high-tech theme in the frontend/ directory, including use of color tokens, motifs, and component conventions.
• Specifies rules for button and card styling, table vs. card usage, and typography for technical data, ensuring visual consistency and clarity across the UI.

Data model and backend conventions:

• Documents the structure and handling of experiment datasets, agent relationships, cell ownership, and protocol canvas drafts, with explicit instructions on how to interact with these models and avoid common pitfalls.

Cost-conscious execution and workflow:

• Establishes guidelines to minimize unnecessary resource usage, such as avoiding Playwright/browser automation, multi-agent fan-out, unscoped exploration, and speculative full test runs without prior discussion.

Color usage and meaning:

• Clarifies the rationale and mechanisms for color assignment in the UI, emphasizing meaningful variation (status, category)
