- Rewrite AGENTS.md as the canonical guide with .omp import and sticky rules - Add slice-development and android-interactive-verification skills - Register agent-device and GitHub MCP servers in .omp/mcp.json; require MCP-only device interaction and live UX verification - Merge scoped Copilot guidance into the canonical guide and drop the duplicated instruction and agent profile files - Move the What's New procedure into CONTRIBUTING.md; drop Superset prebuild and Metro defaults - Add the artifact-only release build seam with no-device contract tests, typecheck, test:e2e:tools, and verify:ci scripts, and frozen CI installs - Document the agent-device MCP route and runner route in E2E.md
