[Feat] OpenProxy 경유 Hikari·JPA 쓰기 경로 전환·검증

문제와 변경

• 기존 세션 풀에서는 Hikari 연결이 standby에 남아 앱 쓰기가 실패했습니다. 이슈 #350의 재현·해결 경로를 별도 시험 프록시와 한글 트러블슈팅 문서로 기록했습니다.
• DocGrid 풀을 트랜잭션 풀·SQL 읽기/쓰기 분기 모드로 구성하고 prepared statement 캐시를 활성화하도록 신규 설치 스크립트를 맞췄습니다.
• 앱의 두 프록시 URL을 대상으로 Hikari와 JPA UPDATE·INSERT 검증을 추가했습니다. Flyway의 별도 primary 직결 경로와 최소 권한 계정은 유지합니다.
• 기존 직접 DB URL은 비공개 로컬 설정에 원복용으로 보존했습니다. .env, 자격 증명, 인프라 식별자는 커밋하지 않았습니다.

검증

• 실제 3노드 클러스터 대상 openSqlHaConnectionTest: 5개 통과
• 앱 기동·Flyway 43개 검증·readiness UP: 2회
• ./backend/gradlew -p backend testClasses --offline --console=plain 통과
• bash -n scripts/opensql/add-docgrid-openproxy-pool.sh, git diff --check 통과
• 일반 test는 별도의 로컬 PostgreSQL 미기동으로 기존 Spring 통합 테스트들이 연결 단계에서 실패해 중단했습니다.

범위와 운영 주의

• 실제 프록시 프로세스 장애 시 진행 중 연결의 복구, standby 읽기 분산, 전체 문서 인덱싱과 성능은 아직 검증하지 않았습니다.
• 이번 로컬 앱 실접속은 SSH 터널을 사용했고 검증 후 앱·터널을 종료했습니다. PR만으로 GCP 운영 설정이나 Git 제외 .env가 배포되지는 않습니다.
• 선행 작업은 #349입니다. 이 PR은 그 변경분과 분리해 리뷰합니다.
