[Feat] OpenSQL 3노드 primary 앱 실접속 및 Flyway 경로 분리

• DocGrid 앱과 Flyway가 서로 다른 계정으로 3노드 OpenSQL의 현재 리더에 접속하도록 HA 설정과 통합 테스트를 맞췄습니다.

• Flyway 43개 적용 및 재기동 검증, Hibernate 초기화, HTTP readiness UP
• bash -n 및 git diff --check 통과

남은 범위

• OpenProxy를 앱 경로로 사용하는 고가용성 및 장애 주입은 검증되지 않았습니다.
• PDF·DOCX 인덱싱과 권한 검색은 별도 검증이 필요합니다.
• 암호와 인프라 식별자는 PR에 포함하지 않았습니다.
