I completed my Bachelors in Bio-medical Engineering in 2011 and worked in Hospital and medical device company over 9 years, then I took break for childcare and during that time, I did another graduation in AWS restart program-2023. So I have found that cloud industry will provide me better employment opportunity.

I took career break from Feb-2021 for maturnity and continued remote job with Monarch Meditech, which is my last organization. After that, I continue to learn and advancing career opportunity as per market trends. I utilized that time to take care of family, childcare and I updated my skills. But right now I want to work So I think that remote job would good for my passion and stay connected with evolving technology.

In my previous organization, I worked closely with customers to understand their concerns and deliver timely, practical solutions. I have consistently focused on providing clear and genuine responses, ensuring that technical explanations are easy to understand and actionable. My approach has always been to actively listen, align with the customer’s business needs, and take ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.

I have extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving complex problems, as well as performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. When required, I have efficiently escalated critical concerns to senior management, ensuring that the right stakeholders are involved for faster resolution. My ability to balance technical problem-solving with strong communication has helped build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.

I am particularly interested in Devops role because it allows me to combine my technical expertise with my passion for customer support. I am eager to bring my proactive mindset, analytical skills, and commitment to service excellence.
