A child-only lifetime summary can omit sibling accesses or release an externally preloaded value while a repeated parent still needs it. Require complete access coverage before promoting a child summary, and retain externally loaded values across the complete parent period.

This prevents storage reuse from overwriting pending readers, including cross-query metadata and prefetched query slots.

Reject child-only lifetime summaries when a sibling access is omitted, and
keep externally loaded values live across repeated parent iterations. This
prevents scratch allocations from overwriting pending manual-stage readers
or values reused by nested readonly loops.

Add regressions for direct and single-trip producers, multi-trip readers,
two/three storage versions, and one/two levels of nested preloaded readers.
