Remaining use is in github.com/stretchr/testify, which has a PR pending, but not released yet; stretchr/testify#1772

Updated testify as well to remove the indirect dependencies. The remaining one will be removed in;

Verified locally: this is a clean, self-contained dependency swap (gopkg.in/yaml.v3 → go.yaml.in/yaml/v3, the new maintained home after the old module was archived). go build ./... succeeds and the existing test failures on this branch are identical to the ones already on main (unrelated pre-existing failures, fixed by #6). No behavior change beyond the import path.
