Description
As discussed in #745 (comment), the contextmenu should be able to display plugin specific content.
Current behavior
The contextmenu displays the same content no matter where the user clicks on the map.
Expected behavior
While the draw plugin is active, when a user opens the contextmenu on a drawn geometry, they are able to e.g. to duplicate the feature or delete it while directly interacting with it.
Out of scope
Other plugins that may profit from the changes to the contextmenu are not to be changed here.
