Keep the Kotlin 2.0 toolchain on a 2.0 release
This alias supplies both kotlinGradlePlugin20 and kotlinCompilerEmbeddable20 to the common and kcp-kotlin20 modules, so changing it to 2.4.20 makes the Kotlin 1.9/2.0 compatibility artifact and its tests compile against the 2.4 compiler API. DatadogKotlinCompilerPluginSupport.getPluginArtifact() still selects that artifact for Kotlin 1.9 and 2.0 consumers, where compiler-plugin APIs are version-sensitive and can fail to load or link; the tests also stop exercising the promised 2.0 compatibility. Keep this version on 2.0.x and update any vulnerable Gradle-plugin dependency independently.

The shared Kotlin version upgrade makes legacy compiler-plugin modules depend on Kotlin 2.4.20, which removed their required ComponentRegistrar API. This prevents the common module and its dependents from compiling.

Preserve a compatible compiler version for legacy modules
The kotlin20 entry also controls kotlinCompilerEmbeddable20, used to compile the common and Kotlin 2.0 compiler-plugin modules. Their legacy registrar requires ComponentRegistrar, which Kotlin 2.4.20 removed, as documented by the existing Kotlin 2.4 linkage test. This upgrade therefore prevents the common module from compiling and blocks its dependent modules. Preserve the compatible legacy compiler pin; any security upgrade must account for these shared dependencies.
