Read-only AI metadata remains draft-incomplete for #184/#191. Public projections retain current-principal, scope/session, owner/tenant and host entity/row/field restrictions; protected content and custody remain private. Ordinary generated writes are absent.

Named policy bindings are now an intrinsic opt-in entity contract. Canonical schema builders require matching entity, row and field providers before operations, including count-only queries. Public AI projections declare their binding by default. Source regressions cover absent and unrelated permissive providers with zero reads, a valid bound count, and scalar field denial. These regressions are UNRUN.

This read slice proposes ORM/macros 0.58 and AI 0.110. Notification support still requires #191/#196. #196 includes this read source, so merge histories need coordination.

Validation: source documentation/link checks and package release-policy gates passed. Current-head formatter/compiler/tests/Clippy/Rustdoc and owned no-DDL/backend acceptance remain UNRUN locally. Canonical inventory generation is pending; stale-check diagnostics now print the actual Cargo-derived generated block in hosted CI without weakening failure. No local metadata invocation was made. Keep draft; no merge/release qualification claim.
