Option to change the prefix (instead of hyphen (-) as the prefix we can have any among the following: $ # ! ; (Sriram)

Objective 📌

Let us say the server prefix is -.
So, if we change the prefix to $, all the commands must now use $ as their prefix.
For example:
-prefix $ should change the prefix to $
Commands must now use $ as their prefix. For example, $help.
