Codifies current MIKE IO quality practices across the 10 Northstar Quality Maturity Framework dimensions for the Head of Product QA and contributors. Frames MIKE IO as a high-level abstraction over mikecore, which scopes our validation focus to preservation of data and metadata across the abstraction layer rather than numerical correctness of underlying physics.
