Order the face nodes of the enriched tetrahedron as Exodus does - #112

The side-node table of the Exodus library (ex_get_side_set_node_list.c) assigns node 14 of a 15-node tetrahedron to side 1 (face 1-2-4), node 12 to side 2 (2-3-4), node 13 to side 3 (1-4-3) and node 11 to side 4 (1-3-2). The face nodes were numbered in side order. They now follow the Exodus convention, so a TETRA15 block written by any Exodus producer is read without a permutation. boundary_dofs returns the face node of each side accordingly.
