Floci tests rae failing due to the addition of Service Bus in #1555 . This PR worked with 13.5.0, but was incompatible with 13.5.3. (And the test failures seen here are the same issues you see with 13.5.3). Specifically the regression was likely caused by #19625 |
The HTTP readiness polling added in 1bd1bb1 fails with Polly's TimeoutRejectedException, which the loop doesn't catch. Revert it to check whether StopAsync still times out on Aspire 13.6. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

| Search the entire repository for **all** `.csproj` files whose `<Project Sdk="...">` attribute references `Aspire.AppHost.Sdk`. There are many of these across `tests/`, `tests-app-hosts/`, and `examples/`. | ||
| Set the `Aspire.AppHost.Sdk` version in the root `global.json` under `msbuild-sdks`. This keeps the SDK package version in one place while preserving the standard project SDK reference. |

I moved it up to the root directory.build.props as we basically need it everywhere. Those projects it's not needed in will jus ignore it, so it was easier to set it globally.

@copilot 13.6 is now stable in the Aspire release, can you rollback the changes to our actions and nuget.config that made us use the staging channel
