Since the move to ParallelTestRunner most tests share a single CI job, whose log is dominated by messages printed by the tests. Each verbose `run!` prints initialization, initial-time-step and stop messages, and the checkpointer tests build 89 simulations. None of these tests check those messages, so pass `verbose=false`.
