Bug in `CompactObject/Test_Case/test_TOVsolver.ipynb`

While working on the JOSS review and after following the installation instructions, I noticed that the TOV solution I obtained in CompactObject/Test_Case/test_TOVsolver.ipynb is different from what is shown in the documentation page: the output is pasted below. This issue might have the same root cause as one of the issues mentioned in #135 .

Thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce that the rendered documentation and the example notebook could get out of sync, and I have updated the TOV solver example accordingly.

The notebook now resolves Test_EOS.csv robustly whether it is run from the repository root or from Test_Case/. The mass-radius plot also now explicitly converts the solver output to physical plotting units using R / km and M / Msun, so the notebook and generated documentation use the same convention.

The missing units in the last figure have also been fixed. The speed-of-sound plot now labels the x-axis as the geometrized energy-density quantity and the y-axis as c_s^2/c^2.

I verified the fix by executing CompactObject/Test_Case/test_TOVsolver.ipynb with jupyter nbconvert --execute and by rebuilding the Sphinx documentation with warnings treated as errors. I also added this notebook to the GitHub Actions notebook-smoke job, so both test_EOSgenerators.ipynb and test_TOVsolver.ipynb are executed in CI before the docs are deployed.
