未安装过配置的新用户只能看到空页面，没有创建 OpenCode 配置的入口。
空状态新增“初始化 OpenCode 配置”，通过现有 typed create 命令创建原生 opencode.jsonc，再重新发现配置。已有配置或候选读取错误会阻止初始化。创建使用写入临时文件后原子发布且不替换已有目标；路径与目录经过原有范围检查。
依赖 #8 的错误/不存在区分。OpenCode 仍是原生配置初始化，不支持虚构的命名 Profiles。
验证：23 个实际 command 模块测试通过（独立 Rust harness），覆盖首次初始化、重复初始化、损坏文件保留、两个并发创建只有一个成功；TypeScript 通过，821 个契约断言通过。Windows 分支使用不带 REPLACE_EXISTING 的 MoveFileExW，尚未实机执行，保持 draft。
