fix(agent-profiles): protect drafts when switching context (A13)

切换 Agent、运行环境、配置文件或刷新会直接覆盖未保存草稿。

本 PR 在这些入口增加取消、放弃并继续、保存并继续。保存失败保留草稿和当前位置；未应用的高级 JSON 也触发保护，并提示先应用再保存。保存期间禁用编辑，避免覆盖新输入。

依赖：#17（只包含 A13 增量，合并前请按依赖顺序处理）。

验证：TypeScript 检查、保存顺序/失败/干净状态检查通过；diff 检查通过。浏览器安装失败，交互尚未在浏览器或桌面实测，因此保留为 draft。授权范围内创建 PR，不执行合并。

• Current head: dd2256f929e3f272964cbefacfc59e83f8c4475e.
• Three-platform Build and Test: passed (attempt 1).
• Integrated with the other Agent configuration changes in fix: integrate Agent configuration PRs and repair cross-platform validation #33, whose current candidate also passed three-platform CI.
• Native GUI / Windows host / WSL release acceptance remains separate and is not inferred from CI.
