fix(agent-profiles): 启动时绑定选中的 OpenCode 配置（A07）

对应 A07，基于 #11 的堆叠 PR。

此前 OpenCode 无论选择哪份配置，启动参数都为空，无法保证所选来源参与加载。现在由受信 discovery 解析的路径设置子进程 OPENCODE_CONFIG。Host 使用进程环境，WSL 使用 env 参数，macOS Terminal 使用逐项 shell 转义；不修改应用或系统环境。

统一启动路径转换，支持 wsl$ / wsl.localhost / extended UNC；保留 Linux 路径大小写，拒绝其他发行版路径。原有转换会把整个路径转小写。

验证：29 个命令/launcher Rust tests 通过，含真实 Linux 子进程收到环境、父进程环境不变、两个配置来源及 WSL 路径边界。完整 Tauri 与 Windows/macOS 端到端尚未验证，保留草稿。

OpenCode 会合并配置，OPENCODE_CONFIG 不是隔离模式，项目/内联等更高优先级来源仍可能覆盖；有效配置预览由 B09 后续处理。参考：https://opencode.ai/docs/config/#custom-path

2026-09-23 repair verification

• Current head: 25325ab15a10ed57bf9345cb8fb111342db8c9ad.
• Three-platform Build and Test: passed (attempt 2).
• First Windows attempt passed Rust, MCP and executable build; WiX tool download returned HTTP 500 during MSI bundling. Same commit passed all gates on rerun.
• The concurrent index test handles only explicit retryable pre-append catch-up errors with the same idempotency key; event order and projection assertions remain.
• Native GUI / Windows host / WSL release acceptance remains separate.
