Closes #52

Adds the missing proof around the exact i64 lowering already supplied by the parent branch. The fixture now checks zero and 63-bit shifts, signed-right-shift sign extension, and rejects raw Luau bitwise operators before running the generated module through the pinned official luau-analyze binary.

Proof: cargo fmt --check; cargo test --test i64_runtime -- --nocapture; cargo clippy --all-targets --locked -- -D warnings.
