Observable behavior
Compiler change and regression issue forms now require a single outcome, explicit non-goals, acceptance evidence, platform constraints, and native dependency routing. Pull requests must provide the linked issue, concrete behavior, and all locked contributor proof commands. Generated Luau contracts are checked by Full Moon and the pinned official Luau parser, analyzer, runtime, and compiler. No Markdown PR template was added.
