make marxrsp error related to rspdump.c

Hi,

With marx 6.0.1, running make marxrsp produces the (harmless) error:

*** No rule to make target 'rspdump.c', needed by 'rspdump.o'. Stop.

It seems rspdump.c was removed several years ago, but it is still listed as a default target in the marxrsp Makefile.

Thanks for reporting! I agree it's harmless so I won't Ruch out a new release of bug announcement, but I'll fix it for the next release!
