Nexus Mods Archived Mods Downloader

A userscript that adds download buttons to archived mod files on Nexus Mods pages.

Description

This script enhances the Nexus Mods website by adding two download buttons (Mod Manager and Manual Download) to each archived file. The buttons are styled to match the Nexus Mods interface but with a distinct color to differentiate them from standard download buttons.

Installation

1. Install a userscript manager extension:

   • Violentmonkey (recommended)
   • Tampermonkey
   • Greasemonkey

2. Click on the link to the script or copy and paste the script into your userscript manager.

3. Enable the script and refresh any open Nexus Mods pages.

Features

• Adds "Mod Manager Download" and "Manual Download" buttons to archived mod files
• Buttons appear in the archived files section of mod pages inside the accordion

Compatibility

• Tested primarily with Violentmonkey
• Should be compatible with Tampermonkey and Greasemonkey
• Works only for skyrim SE/AE/VR atm.

Usage

1. Navigate to any mod page on Nexus Mods
2. If the mod has archived files, the script will automatically add download buttons to each archived file entry
3. Click on either "Mod Manager Download" or "Manual Download" to download the file

Notes

• This script only modifies the archived files section and doesn't affect regular downloads
• No configuration is needed; the script works automatically
• The download process will follow the standard Nexus Mods download dialogs
