Port assessment

Add microphone input only after reviewing Tauri permission scope and user-visible privacy controls.

Acceptance criteria

  • Microphone access is opt-in with clear enabled and disabled states.
  • Input drives the intended model parameter without affecting keyboard/gamepad paths.
  • Permissions and error states are verified on supported platforms.
